What is expected of the student?

  • You are expected to arrive ON TIME for each appointment
  • Cancellations must be made the day before the appointment or you will be considered a no-show and your ability to schedule future appointments may be affected. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 4:30 pm on the Saturday before the appointment on Monday
  • Appointments made on the same day are expected to be kept; otherwise they will be considered no-shows
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will lose the appointment and be considered a no-show
  • After 3 no-shows, you must meet with the Coordinator of the Tutoring Center before you will be allowed to schedule another tutoring session
  • You should have books, lecture notes, syllabi, and assignments with you
  • You should have read assigned material prior to coming to the tutoring center, and you should have attempted any assignments
