Financial Aid

The Nursing Department awards scholarships to qualified nursing students who have a 3.30 or higher grade point average, are Prince George's County residents, and are in good standing at the college. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation, and a statement of their goals, including an explanation of why they should receive the award. Scholarship sponsors include the PGCC Jean Dayton Memorial Scholarship, the Dr. Elizabeth Carnegie award, PGCC Nursing Alumni award and the Kaplan award.
