Literature Resource Center is a subscription database
that integrates selected full text literary resources and information.
It contains biographical, bibliographical, and critical content of
all literary periods. Sources that are included in this database includes
leading scholarly journals, books, Web sites, and an encyclopedia.
To access Literature Resource Center, start at Library
Media Center homepage and click on the Online Databases link or
go to the Online
Databases page from the Library's Web site. When you click on
the Literature Resource Center (LRC) link from the Online Databases
pages, the following page will load. Enter an author's name in the
search box or click Title, Keyword, Advanced, Authors by Type, or
Literary Historical Timeline links.
Let's say you are researching a book by the author
Stansfield Turner called Terrorism and Democracy that is
listed in the online catalog. To find biographical information about
the author, criticism on the work, articles and overviews, bibliographies,
additional resources, and literary historical timelines, enter the
author's name and search.
Click on the screen image to see the results
