Off-Campus Access from Computers to Library Resources
A. Login
- Go to the Online Database page: http://www-old.pgcc.edu/library/online.htm.
- Click the database you wish to search to access the login page.
- Enter your username & password (faculty & staff: use your Novell login & password). Students: enter your myPGCC username and password. If you do not have a myPGCC username, scroll down to “If you haven’t created your username yet, click here.”
- If you have forgotten your username or password, go to section D. Forgot Username/Password below and follow instructions.
B. Create an Account
- Step 1. Enter your first name, last name, and social security number. Click "Next".
- Step 2. You will be creating a new PGCC ID number to replace your social security number in this system.
- Be sure to choose your username carefully, as it cannot be changed. Please write it down and keep it, as you may need it again.
- Enter your new username.
- Carefully choose and re-type a password (it must be at least five characters long).
- Click “Create Account.”
- Continue to Step 3.
C. Report a Problem
- Click "Report a Problem" from myPGCC menu on left.
- Follow instructions by completing all requested information.
- Click “Submit Problem Report.”
D. Forgot Username/Password
- Click “Reset My Password” from myPGCC menu on the left.
- If you do not know your PGCC ID number or have forgotten it, click "Help Me”; them follow instructions.
- If you do know your PGCC ID number, carefully follow the instructions; click "Next".
